The Four Witnesses by Rod Bennett is an excellent book that discusses the lives and writings of four of the earliest Fathers of the Church: Clement of Rome, Ignatius of Antioch, Justin Martyr and Irenaeus of Lyon.
Videos I do as we read this book vary in content. In some, I give a summary of what we are reading highlighting some points I think are key. In other videos, I expand on a certain topic referred to in our readings that I think is important to more deeply understand.
